Ace Adventure IWD Challenge aims to celebrate International Women's Day by encouraging women to challenge themselves physically and mentally through mountain trekking. At the same time, it also aim to raise fund and awareness for a women's cause. A team of women is taking part in the Ace Adventure IWD Challenge in March 2016 to trek to Everest Base Camp. They are raising fund for Project Pari. Project Pari is set up by Zonta Club of Singapore in 2008 to inspire and enable young women from lower-income families to attain a positive outlook of the future and to become responsible contributors to society. Zonta Club of Singapore is a member organization of SCWO. It cost SGD750 to provide for each Project Pari girl for a year. The sum covers $50 monthly pocket money plus the enrichment activities that Zonta Club of Singapore organizes for the girls. The group of women trekking to Everest Base Camp hopes to be able to help raise the fund to sponsor as many girls as possible for a year. Please show your support for the IWD Challenge participants by contributing a donation to Project Pari! Find out more about Ace Adventure IWD Challenge here : https://www.facebook.com/aaeiwdkiliexp/
