Our flagship programme Girls2Pioneers, reaches out to girls (in particular, girls from disadvantaged and marginalised backgrounds) to encourage them to take up STEM subjects in their higher education and careers, paving the way for a more gender-equal society.
Since 2014, the Girls2Pioneers (G2P) programme has been implemented by United Women Singapore in partnership with corporates and organisations which are in a STEM-related industry and/or have a STEM-related curriculum. Our Anti-Violence initiatives include GenSafe Workplaces and UWS Boys Empowered.
GenSafe Workplaces advocates the important role of private sector organisations in protecting the rights of employees who are victims of domestic violence & abuse (DVA) through webinars and workshops.
UWS Boys Empowered aims to engage with boys to be empowered individuals who will model strength without violence and be proactive bystanders with the skills and confidence to prevent violence in our society.

Donations will go towards the running of our Girls2Pioneers STEM programme, Anti-violence Initiatives; UWS Boys Empowered and GenSafe Workplaces and other local projects.
