Founded in 1929, The Singapore Badminton Association's (SBA) goals are to:

- Promote and develop badminton, one of the most popular sports in Singapore
- Establish the Republic as a top badminton nation in the world.

"Why Donate to the SBA?"

We are a charity registered under the Charities Act, and is recognised as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) by the Commissioner of Charities. What this means is you can be rest assured we are fully accountable to every cent you donate to us.

Due to our IPC status, you also will get a 250% tax deduction when you donate to us.

The SBA needs your donations to keep our organization going.

It is with precious donation funds like yours that we are able to run the many programs we do, and continue to support our Team Singapore Shuttlers in their pursuit of sporting excellence. It is development like that that allows them compete in events like the Youth Olympics, SEA Games, Singapore Open, and many many more.

As you would expect, running an organization like the SBA is costly.

For example, as the development of our athletes is at the core of all we do, we do not charge training fees or place the constraints of venue costs to our players.

Instead, the SBA pays for everything. From training to coaches, pathway development to school outreach programs. In the world today, nothing comes cheap. To put things in perspective, a single tube of competition grade shuttlecocks sets us back $72.

That is why we need your support.
