Hope Centre (Singapore) is a non-profit voluntary welfare organisation established in 1997. Over the years, we have been recognized for our active contributions towards the society, and have been granted Institute of Public Character (IPC) status as a charity. As a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), Hope Centre is committed to improve the well-being of all people in the community of Singapore.

a.To initiate and organise activities and schemes of social service for the diminution of poverty, suffering, ignorance or illness, whether physical, emotional or mental. b. to act with charitable concern for anyone in need of help regardless of race, sex, age, nationality, social status, religion, or moral character through providing assistance, education, training services or counselling.
