The Children's Charities Association of Singapore (CCA) began as an unstructured group of charities benefiting children. The charities got together to organize joint fundraising projects in the 1960s. The members are:

Singapore Children's Society
The Singapore Association for the Deaf (SADeaf)
Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS)
Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS)
St. Andrew's Mission Hospital (SAMH)
Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN)

CCA is the coordinating body purposed to raise awareness of the needs of the member charities, by organizing fundraising projects with a common objective of helping physically, mentally and socially disadvantaged children under their care.

CCA organizes 4 major fundraising projects annually; the CCA Annual Fair & Walkathon, Flag Day, Donation Draw & Hong Bao Appeal. All proceeds from these projects and donations received from the public are divided equally among the Member Charities. The member charities are single minded in their efforts to educate, train and assist the children under their care to become independent and useful citizens who can play their role in the nation.
