Ain Society does not receive any regular grants from any ministries or statutory boards. Thus in order to sustain our services to the community, we have had to actively raise funds for our Centre through: Community outreach, through written appeals to various major corporations and institutions for donations Ad-hoc events, such as charity dinner, selling charity draw tickets and tele-polls via radio and television, regular supporters who donate via GIRO, sporadic donations via the Internet.

Since our inception in 2000, Ain Society has benefited more than 12,000 individuals through its developmental, remedial as well as rehabilitative programs.

In 2012, Serenity Social Service Centre was set up with the focus on helping those who have been afflicted with cancer. The Centre provides an avenue of solace to those affected through guidance on emotional, spiritual and psycho-social support.

We take on a multi-disciplinary approach in the fight against cancer through programs and services such as counselling, life skills workshops for survivors, financial aid, monthly support group, therapeutic play, social and recreational activities, tuition, befriending, grief and bereavement support.

We foster partnership with external agencies in sharing of resources and expertise. We empower the community through education. The Centre acts as a drop-in cancer centre where community can seek information. We also organize talks to spread the message on Cancer.
