About Campaign

ends 30 Jun 2023, 11:59 PM
We are raising funds so we can continue treating persons who are recovering from addiction. Our programmes seek to help individual persons, as well as their families. Whether with substance or behaviour, addiction is on the rise, and affects individuals across cultures, age groups and socio-economic groups. The Covid pandemic has made this mental health condition more prevalent, and more persons need help now.

Your donation will help this vulnerable community regain their mental health, their self-esteem, and help them return to a healthy life, becoming a contributing member of society.

With every donation to WE CARE, the government will match your kind gesture dollar-to-dollar. Effectively your effort will be doubled!

Help us out now, and remember your donation will be backed by a 250% tax deduction receipt.

About the Charity

WE CARE is an addiction and education centre that provides support for all forms of addictions and compulsive behaviours including drugs, alcohol, gambling, eating disorders, sex & love and internet & gaming.

We offer one-on-one counselling, group therapy and support groups to recovering people as well as their family, children and loved ones.

We provide a drop-in centre where recovering people can connect with new friends who will form part of their support group. Activities such as baking, art, music, language, gardening, yoga, sports activities and other healthy pursuits are offered. In this way the recovering person receives a holistic recovery program.

Workshops and courses in computer skills, English, resume writing and interviews are also conducted to prepare our beneficiaries for workplace readiness and integration back into the community.

Your donation helps WE CARE to continue providing this valuable support to the recovering community and to keep the centre and its many activities and programs going.

Thank you very much for your support.
