Let's spend a meaningful afternoon at Waterways Watch Society in our Waterway Clean-up Programme on Foot!

Date: 27 November 2018, Tuesday
Time: 230pm to 530pm
Venue: Kallang - 4876 Beach Road Singapore 199587

The Waterway Clean-up begins with a presentation on the issues facing our water resources in Singapore. After which, participants will embark on a short walk to a litter hotspot area and perform a litter survey. The programme ends with a reflection session, where a facilitator will lead a discussion on what we can do to help protect our precious water resources. This activity

This activity is suitable for all ages and is a great family bonding activity.

Terms and Conditions:
1)No prior proficiency and certification or experience is needed
2)All children may participate in this activity if paired with an adult on a 1:1 ratio.
3)Each donation is only entitled to one event participation registration
4)One donation is only valid for registration for one participant
5)A confirmation email with more details will be sent after 21 November 2018, Wednesday
6)This programme cannot be conducted in the event of inclement weather

About the Charity

A special, independent volunteer group, bringing people together to love our waters and to inspire stewardship for our environment. Our volunteers conduct weekly environmental patrols on foot, bicycle, kayaks and boats around the Marina Reservoir, Punggol and upcoming Jurong.
