Let's spend a meaningful afternoon in our Bicycle Waterway Trail with Miss Julie Tan!

Date: 27 November 2018, Tuesday
Time: 230pm to 530pm

The Bicycle Waterway Clean-Up takes a casual cycling excursion to the next level. Participants will be brought on a tour of Marina Reservoir to discover the historical significance of the area. They will learn how littering not only causes problems in terms of public health and safety, it would also affect the quality of our supply of drinking water.

This programme is suitable for participants who are able to cycle and prefer a land-based activity with moderate physical exertion.

Terms and Conditions:
1) Participants must be able to cycle. A short assessment may be carried out to determine if participants have the requisite skills to participate in the programme.
2) Bicycle helmets must be worn for this programme.
3) Children below 12 years old will have to bring their own bike for the programme and are accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 ratio.
4) Each donation is only entitled to one event participation registration.
5) One donation is only valid for registration for one participant
6) A confirmation email with more details will be sent after 21 November 2018, Wednesday
7)This programme cannot be conducted in the event of inclement weather

About the Charity

A special, independent volunteer group, bringing people together to love our waters and to inspire stewardship for our environment. Our volunteers conduct weekly environmental patrols on foot, bicycle, kayaks and boats around the Marina Reservoir, Punggol and upcoming Jurong.
