About the Activity

Play a Part in the Digital for Life movement and follow our Digital Ambassadors for a day and learn how SG Digital Office uplift and upskill the digitally less savvy community. After that, you may volunteer at any of our digital hubs and join us to build a digitally inclusive community. Teach seniors how to use various mobile phone apps for communication, government services, e-payments, and entertainment, and more importantly, how to stay resilient against online scams.

Volunteer Positions

Volunteer to be a Digital Ambassador

Skills required: Coaching & Training, Information Technology Suitable for: Open to All Min. age: 18

1. Must be Singapore Citizen / Permanent Citizen.
2. Must be fully vaccinated.
3. Must be age 18 and above.
4. All participants must attend a briefing session (between 30 minutes to 1 hour) prior to the actual volunteer programme.
5. No allowance, food, drinks etc provided.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil.
7. Prior registration required, limited slots only.
8. Familiar with general mobile applications.
9. Physically fit, able to stand and walk around for a period of time.
10. Enjoy engagement with seniors.
11. Passionate about uplifting the community in the digital realm.
