About the Activity

New Hope is looking into engaging residents who have been discharged from our transitional shelters. This is to help ensure that they are well integrated back into society with adequate formal or informal support, and are not at risk of falling through the cracks again. We are looking for volunteers (at least 25 yrs of age) who are willing to befriend these families/individuals. Basic engagement and conversational skills will be taught by our social workers.
