We volunteer in 7 of our adopted long stay wards every Saturday from 10am to 12pm. We plan different activities for each ward every week depending on the residents' profiles.

Apart from planning in-ward activities, we also plan parties and outings for the residents and we highly encourage volunteers to be proactive in planning if they wish to do more for the residents.

Additionally, we conduct outreach programmes in schools and actively engage in anti-stigma advocacy out of the hospital.
