About Campaign
ends 26 Dec 2022, 11:59 PMAs such, in order to reach a wider segment of the community, the annual community fundraising event, ChariTrees, will benefit three charities this year: #Engage initiative by TRCL, Samaritans of Singapore (SOS), and SPD.
These charities address causes that have become more urgent in the past two years: availability and accessibility of physical and mental health services and resources for children and youth confronted with the digital divide.
The #ENGAGE Initiative by TRCL seeks to provide vulnerable children in Singapore with digital devices and skills, as well as online art programmes to equip them with the necessary digital know-how and enable them to realise their creative potential. Your donation will go towards ensuring that more children and youth in need are equipped with the necessary tools to navigate an increasingly digitalised future.
The glow of ChariTrees 2022 will continue its tradition of celebrating the community heroes among us who have in their own way chosen to serve the challenging causes of the physically and mentally challenged in our society.
As the year draws to a close, as with its previous 12 editions, this year's ChariTrees will bring some festive cheer to the Marina Bay Precinct with a line up of brightly lit specially-designed Christmas Trees along Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade from 20 November to 26 December 2022.
About the Charity
TRCL (The RICE Company Ltd) is a not-for-profit arts and culture charity with Institute of Public Character (IPC) status.
