About Us

A not-for-profit charitable organisation, TOUCH Community Services serves people of all ages, races, religions and backgrounds through its network of 18 services. Each year, its programmes and services meet the needs of some 31,000 clients and 152,000 service users.

TOUCH is committed to helping its clients rise up above their circumstances, and live their lives with dignity and purpose. Your contributions to TOUCH will allow needy children to receive academic coaching and values-driven character development programmes, provide at-risk youths with another shot in life, allow the frail elderly to age-in-place by receiving medical help in their homes, and help persons with intellectual disabilities integrate better into society.

Our Programmes

TOUCH Community Services serves those in need in the community through 18 different services.

TOUCH Young Arrows (TYA) aims to realise the potential of children from single-parent or low-income families through a series of activities such as tuition, mentoring and sharing, art and craft lessons, indoor and outdoor games, outings and camps. TYA runs these activities on Saturdays at the 24 clubs at various parts of Singapore.

TOUCH Centre for Independent Living (TCIL) believes that individuals with intellectual disabilities can be empowered to contribute to society and live a dignified life. TCIL is a day activity centre that trains adults with special needs to live independently in the community. The client-focused training programmes teach daily living, personal and social, as well as pre-employment skills to the trainees using a Mediated Learning Experience approach.

TOUCH Senior Activity Centre (TSAC) provides eldercare support and services for seniors living in the Geylang Bahru/Kallang Bahru and Yishun neighbourhoods. Through regular home visits by trained volunteers or staff, recreational activities and volunteering opportunities, TSAC promotes active ageing and offers a community of care to lonely and vulnerable elderly with little or no family support.
