PWDs and students with special educations need will need extra help to transit from school to work. All of them have immense potential and special abilities but just lack the opportunity to develop them fully. Many may resort to finding employment opportunities that does not maximize their potential.

Some would need need additional training on hard skills while some would need additional training on their soft skills. TomoWork hope to provide an inclusive work-like environment to hone those skills to better prepare them for the workforce.

About the Charity

"Tomo" means friends in Japanese, representing a closely knitted global community coming together to empower the differently-abled community in improving their quality of life. Established since 2019, Tomowork Ltd is a registered charity in Singapore. We believe that being gainfully employed is the best way to improve dignity and the quality of life and hence we are leveraging on the diversity of stakeholders to join us in our mission in preparing Persons with Disabilities for the work of Tomorrow
