As the year 2016 draws to an end, we like to thank you for your support in our efforts to assist the Deaf and Hard-of-hearing achieve a better quality of life and enable them to integrate into society.
Your contribution has made it possible for us to continue running the much-needed services like sign language interpretation, note-taking and hearing care for the Deaf and Hard-of-hearing in our community. Besides communication support services, SADeaf also provides financial assessments, job support and counselling for our clients in need.
SEAFOOD FEAST FOR A GOOD CAUSE
To celebrate this festive season, and, as part of our year-end donation drive, we are organising a Seafood Feast party for our donors and well-wishers to enjoy a platter of fresh seafood including lobsters, crabs, prawns and mussels. Come join us for a feast with your family and friends, all for a good cause!

Unable to join us? You can still support our special year-end appeal by making an outright donation. All donations are eligible for tax-deductible relief of 2.5 times of the amount donated. And, to make your donation more meaningful, the Government will match dollar-for-dollar of your donation to SADeaf.

The Singapore Association for the Deaf (SADeaf) is a voluntary welfare organisation that has been serving the Deaf and Hard-of-hearing community in Singapore for the past six decades. Established in 1955, SADeaf serves more than 5,300 Deaf and Hard-of-hearing persons. A member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and, is also supported by the Community Chest of Singapore, Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). Internationally, SADeaf is affiliated to the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) and locally to the Children Charities Association (CCA). SADeaf mission is to assist the Deaf and hard-of-hearing persons to achieve a better quality of life and to enable them to integrate and contribute to society. It costs SADeaf approx. $4.3 million per year to run all its services and programmes and is dependent on bulk of its funding on the generosity of corporate and the general public.
