Arika has moderate to severe hearing loss and CHARGE syndrome.

Little Hands Bilingual Bicultural programmes (LHBBP) has brought hope to Arika. It has enabled Arika to communicate, learn and socialize by acquiring the Singapore Sign Language (SGSL). Through the use of SgSL, Arika is a equipped with a hope for her future.

She is no longer isolated. Her interactions with teachers and peers contribute to the development of her social-emotional and cognitive skills.

Don't pass deaf persons like Arika and many others. You have the influence to make a difference in their lives.

About the Charity

Established in 1955, The Singapore Association for the Deaf (SADeaf) is a social service organisation that has serves over 6,000 Deaf and Hard-of-hearing beneficiaries in the Singapore community for the past six decades.

SADeaf mission is to assist the Deaf and hard-of-hearing persons to achieve a better quality of life and to enable them to integrate and contribute to society.
