About Campaign

Paving the way for the future the Young Leaders Singapore aims to cultivate an emerging generation of philanthropists while providing a networking forum, connecting the Singapore and Irish communities, and inspiring positive change through support for The Ireland Funds Singapore beneficiaries.

This year, the Young Leaders are raising monies to support a ground-breaking project by EQUAL (www.equal.org.sg), an award-winning animal-assisted intervention centre that develops life skills in youth, people with special needs, families, and elderly with dementia.

The project will see rescued therapy horses becoming a familiar sight in a school for children with special needs, where animal-assisted intervention will be integrated into their special needs curriculum for the first time in Singapore. Your donation will support the purchase of a customised canopy tent for the programme, providing shelter from the heat and rain for the children as they experience the joy of riding horses in a comfortable setting whilst developing their social-emotional skills. Thanks for your support for this wonderful project!

As a young professional in Singapore you are also invited to join our Young Leaders Society and become part of the worldwide Ireland Funds Young Leaders, with local activities in Singapore and invitation to global Ireland Funds events.
