DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT - All donations pledged via the giving.sg platform for the 21 x 21 campaign will be enhanced by a dollar-for-dollar matching by Tote Board, capped at $250,000 for the whole campaign.

The #StopStroke21 Campaign & Fundraiser spurs Singaporeans to lead healthier lifestyles in support of Stroke Prevention, Stroke Recovery & Stroke Support. Singaporeans are encouraged to form a prevention habit around 21 days of exercise through at last 21 mins a day (based on research and HPB's guidelines).

Stroke incidences in Singapore have risen 60% over the last decade, changing lives overnight and especially impacting more younger working adults. The GOOD NEWS is that 80% of stroke cases can be prevented through awareness, lifestyle changes, and stress management.

Every dollar you donate will have a threefold impact:

1. Keep Stroke Recovery and Support Affordable for Stroke Survivors and other rehab patients

2. Double your dollar through Toteboard's Matching up to $250,000.

3. Enable S3 to reach out to seniors and other at-risk groups (e.g. migrant workers) on Stroke Prevention and Awareness.

About the Charity

Stroke is a Life-Changing Event. Recovery and establishing a new identity post-stroke is a long and costly journey. Your generous donations to Stroke Support Station (S3) will go a long way towards helping stroke survivors, their families, and other clients in their recovery and care journey.

We don't believe in giving up on stroke survivors.
We don't believe that caregivers and families should go unnoticed, unappreciated and unsupported.
We don't believe that any survivors of the almost 9,000 stroke incidents a year should end up facing the walls at home forever, after discharged from hospitals or rehabilitation centres.

We believe that stroke survivors, regardless of financial status, should have access to an avenue to recovery.
We believe in Hope.

Established in 2015, S3 is the first and only stroke-focused community rehabilitation and wellness agency dedicated to meeting the needs of post-stroke survivors and their caregivers across Singapore. With S3, post-discharge survivors of stroke are able to receive care continuum through rehabilitation that integrates advanced rehabilitative technologies with conventional therapy as well as our signature S3 Wellness programme supporting cognitive and psychosocial development in order to maximise recovery potential, independence and reintegration.
