Donate towards building the future for Singapore Symphony Group (SSG).

As we draw close to the end of 2021, SSG marks an eventful year with our orchestra's notable achievement in 3rd place at the prestigious Gramophone's Orchestra of the Year 2021 Award.

With live performances resuming at a cautious pace, we are determined to continue enriching lives through music. The diverse offerings of online and in-person concerts throughout the year help us to reach out to wider range of audiences in our community, including beneficiaries who are new to classical music.

We continued to provide opportunities for local talent, through the Singapore National Youth Orchestra and Singapore Symphony Choruses, and through performance opportunities with the SSO.

With an array of concerts, educational programmes and community events lined up for 2022 and beyond, we call on your help to jointly achieve these efforts.

While SSG is supported partially by funding from the Singapore government, a significant part can only be unlocked as matching grants when we receive your donations. For every dollar given, we receive another, making your donation twice as impactful.

Support us in our journey to create memorable shared experiences with music by making a donation.

With you, we can build the future.

Donations of $1,000 and above will entitle you to exclusive benefits. Details at https://www.sso.org.sg/support-us/patron-benefits

About the Charity

"The arts and culture are in integral part of Singapore which the country must continue to nurture because man does not live on bread alone." - Prime Minister Lee Hsien Long.

We do wish for the finer things in life, to appreciate beauty and love, and something uplifting for the spirit. Our nation would not be complete without an appreciation of arts and culture, and without Singaporeans who create artistic and cultural works.

An arts charity, the Singapore Symphony Group (SSG) manages the country's flagship orchestra, the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra comprises 90 full-time musicians that play a versatile repertoire of familiar favourites and exciting new works across over 60 concerts a year. The SSG also manages the Singapore Symphony Choruses, the Singapore National Youth Orchestra, the VCH presents chamber music series, the Singapore International Piano Festival and the biennial National Piano & Violin Competition.

While the SSG is supported partially by funding from the Singapore government, a significant part can only be unlocked as matching grants when we receive donations from the public.

If you have been moved by the powerful, enlivening sound of your national orchestra, please support us by making a donation.

For every dollar given, we receive another from the Cultural Matching Fund, making your donation twice as impactful.
