About Campaign

ends 31 Dec 2018, 11:59 PM
As part of Giving Week 2018, SNM is launching a campaign to raise funds for its Art Therapy Programme for residents and clients.
The Art Therapy Programme provides residents of the SNM Nursing Home and clients of the SNM Senior Care Centres with an avenue for self-expression, while also serving as an engaging means to maintain their motor skills.
This weekly programme takes place every Monday, during which residents are introduced to a variety of arts and crafts and learn new techniques such as colour mixing, arranging complementary colours, shapes, textures and forms. In addition, these sessions often include student and youth volunteers, and serve as a form of intergenerational interaction and bonding for our residents and clients.
The art work produced at these sessions are kept on display at the nursing home and care centres. Exceptionally crafted pieces are presented as tokens of appreciation to various visiting VIPs, and residents and clients are proud to have their art work shared with others.
Your donations will help SNM to continue to provide quality art programmes for residents and clients. Thank you for your support.
