About Campaign

ends 23 Nov 2019, 11:59 PM
As St Luke's ElderCare (SLEC) turns 20, we will be organising a family carnival to celebrate the milestone with our friends and families and to form new partnerships to enable us to do more for our elders in the community in the coming years.

We would not be able to go so far without the elders that we provide our services to, and the support we receive from their families. As such, we would like to invite our most important group of stakeholders to join us at our family carnival.

Each carnival coupon is worth $20 and we would like to ensure that every elder receives a coupon to join us at our carnival. Currently, we serve 4,600 elders. Please join us in ensuring every elder has a chance to attend our carnival.

For donations of $2,000 and above, sponsorship acknowledgements are available. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.

About the Charity

St Luke's ElderCare is a non-profit eldercare service provider serving close to 5,000 elders through a full range of integrated services and programmes for our elders that include centre-based, community-based, home-based and residential-based services.

We currently operate 23 senior care centres and a nursing home in Ang Mo Kio.

We are committed to caring for elders in the community from all walks of life, races and religion, and elders who may have undergone post-operative procedures for stroke, fractures and/or falls. They may also have chronic diseases like Diabetes, Parkinson's, or are wheelchair-bound and require assistance with activities of daily living.

We aim to actively engage seniors in physical and mental activities to prepare them for successful ageing, maintain the functional levels of the elderly who have suffered physical disabilities as a result of stroke, fall or accidents, and to care for seniors while their loved ones are at work.

The goal is to help elders build their confidence and to experience the joy of ageing gracefully and successfully.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
