About the Charity
SingHealth Fund (SHF) was incorporated on 2 September 2016 as a Company Limited by Guarantee to operate charity funds for SingHealth. SHF champions research, education and clinical care causes in SingHealth and its institutions through its six Institution Fund Committees (IFC) to unleash the potential of Medicine to enable better health for future generations.
Funds raised by SHF will address and bridge the gaps between existing government grants and support schemes for medical research, education and clinical care to empower researchers, educators and clinicians to accelerate breakthroughs, fuel innovation and nurture future generations of healthcare leaders to bring about better health for our patients and community, now and in the future.
As an Institution of Public Character (IPC), SHF is committed to maintaining highest standards of governance and abides by the Code of Governance for Charities and IPC. Every donation to SHF is managed strictly in accordance with the donor's intent for use in support of the respective causes.
