About Campaign

SRT's Student Education Fund (SRTSEF) is committed to sharing the holistic development that theatre brings with underprivileged children even during our current Circuit Breaker.

With your donation, we can bring the magic of theatre to our goal of 200 underprivileged children from charities like TOUCH Community Services, YMCA and PAP Community Foundation.

During these difficult times, children need to be able to escape into a place that inspires their creativity, teachers them social skills, STEM and language and instils positive values.

Your donation to SRTSEF will underwrite the cost of bringing the following experiences to up to 200 underprivileged children:

1. Learning programmes both online and in class at SRT's STAGE Camp (https://www.srt.com.sg/stage-camp)

2. Our The Little Company shows starting with Fly High in Oct 2020 ( https://www.srt.com.sg/show/flyhigh/)

Incepted in 2012, SRTSEF has benefitted close to 15,000 children and counting. We hope you will consider supporting our cause and touch the lives of children with the magic of theatre.

About the Charity

Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT) has established itself as one of the leading theatre companies in Asia. We reach out to over 125,000 people annually through our productions and programmes.

SRT's seasons include original works for a wide audience range, classic plays and bestsellers from leading stages, especially from London's West End and Broadway. We have also produced outstanding new musicals such as A Twist of Fate and Forbidden City: Portrait of an Empress. SRT also stages Asia's largest Shakespeare in the Park, and has brought together over 250,000 people during the nine productions staged in the series.

For younger audiences, SRT's The Little Company (TLC) stages popular titles such as Red Riding Hood and Charlotte's Web. Over 65,000 children, parents and teachers experience the magic of our TLC productions every year. Every year, SRT's Student Education Fund (SRTSEF) enables over 3,000 children to come and watch our TLC productions.
