Will you join us?
During this stabilisation phase where local community cases are at more than 2,000 daily, our migrant worker friends living in the dormitories continue to be subject to heightened restrictions.
Having left their families to earn a living here in Singapore, they worry for their loved ones back home. Compounded by the protracted pandemic, which stymied the possibility of physically meeting their spouse, children and parents - some may even face mixed feelings of isolation, helplessness or hopelessness.
Their labour of love can be seen all around us - the comfortable homes we live in, the safe roads we drive on, and the clean and beautiful parks and streets we stroll upon. We are delivering packages of love to appreciate migrant workers, and to cheer them on.
For every $25 donated, one package of love will be gifted to a migrant worker.
The package will include essential items such as daily necessities and food items. Your gift will bring them tidings of joy this festive season. Your care will warm hearts and give hope for a better year ahead!
Note: Any additional donations garnered through this campaign will go towards offsetting the direct operational costs for the delivery to the dormitories. Unutilised funds, if any, will be channeled towards SRC's local programmes after the campaign ends.
