What's HoME+?
Home Monitoring and Eldercare (HoME+) is a smart health vitals monitoring system using sensors in a health watch to track wellness and health.

To safeguard elderly users, post-surgery patients and even wheelchair-users, HoME+ tracks active movements, sleep patterns, heart health, and also offers a built-in GPS option. When unusual patterns are detected (inactive, fall, etc.) or when the user activates the panic button on the watch, the Red Cross' call centre is notified immediately.

Depending on the situation, community responders or the SCDF (for emergencies) will be dispatched to provide assistance.

The Singapore Red Cross (SRC) is a homegrown humanitarian organisation dedicated to relieve human suffering, protect lives and dignity and respond to emergencies since 1949. Our blood donor mobilisation programme, home for the disabled, transport aid, food aid, community led action for resilience, community first aid and training derive from our mission to serve the vulnerable.
