To promote, foster and encourage better and closer relationship, co-ordination, cooperation and understanding among the various clan associations in Singapore. b) To promote, organise or finance educational, cultural, social and other activities. c) To erncourage, finance or undertake research related to language, culture and traditions. d) To promote better relationship, understanding and co-operation between the Foundation and other organisations in the public and private sectors. f) To organise, participate, or help in community and welfare services. g) To assist and finance various clan associations in Singapore for the benefit of members of all races resident in Singapore in promoting and implementing the above objects. h) To invest the moneys of the Foundation not immediately required for its purposes in or upon such investments, securities or property as may be thought fit. i) To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the above objects or any of them. j) Provided that nothing shall be done for commercial reason or solely for profit, to do all such things as are in furtherance of the above objects or any of them.
