About Campaign

Here at the Singapore After-Care Association (SACA), we strongly belief that everyone deserves a second chance since our establishment in 1956.

Besides working with ex-offenders to help them adjust to life outside of prison, we also help families and children to navigate the challenges they face when a loved one is incarcerated. This is done through counselling sessions, home visits to assess the types of assistance required by families and caregivers of children, followed by assessment and interventions.

We hope you will support us in covering the deficits faced in our programmes while helping our clients and beneficiaries in the process.

No amount is too small, every action counts. We hope you will join us in our efforts to spread the message of a second chance in society and promote life without labels. Thank you.

About the Charity

Singapore After-Care Association (SACA) is a voluntary welfare organisation affiliated with the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and is also a member of the Community Action For The Rehabilitation Of Ex-Offenders (CARE) Network. We are a key after-care agency providing welfare and rehabilitation services for discharged offenders and their families.Every year, SACA assists over 1,000 clients and their families. However, many more need our help and we need your help to make up the shortfall in funding so that we can reach out to these people and their families.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
