About Campaign

Together with SGH CEO, 10 healthcare heroes are cycling 200 kilometers around Singapore to help needy patients and mark 200 years of serving the nation's healthcare needs at the forefront as its first hospital.

Established in 1821, Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Singapore's largest acute hospital, serves over 1 million Singaporeans annually and many are subsidised patients. The SGH Needy Patients Fund supports needy patients in basic and critical care such as interim dialysis, equipment, consumables and treatment after they have exhausted assistance schemes like MediFund. The fund tides these patients over difficult times, until alternative funding sources from the community are available on a long-term basis.

Your one kind act today is important especially during this challenging COVID-19 period. 100% of your donation will go towards SGH Needy Patients Fund.

Donors with a valid mailing address will receive a token of appreciation. Eligible donations will enjoy 250% tax deduction and the donation will be automatically included in the donor's IRAS tax assessment. If you would like a receipt, please email us at [email protected]
