About Campaign

Pathology underpins every facet of disease diagnosis and treatment and plays a crucial role in patient care. Every individual who has consulted a medical doctor would have come into contact with pathology services, through blood, fluid or tissue samples analysed by a pathologist.

As our invisible doctors, pathologists play a vital role in providing accurate and reliable diagnoses so that our patients can receive appropriate and timely care. Our doctors do not work in silos and are ably supported by our allied health professional colleagues, who worked tirelessly to ensure all samples are analysed accurately.

Since our humble beginnings as a bacteriologist-led laboratory, SingHealth Pathology has evolved into multidisciplinary pathology specialties with Signature Research Programmes (in breast cancer and fibroepithelial lesions, microbiological investigations in disease outbreaks and infections, prognostication of chronic liver disease, and childhood cancer) that have led to significant healthcare breakthroughs. As we go beyond 200 years of medicine in Singapore, we believe more can be done.

Your generous gift will help our relentless endeavours to fight diseases, find the right diagnosis and pave the way to discover better cures for improved patient care outcomes.

Singapore tax residents will enjoy 250% tax benefit which is automatically included in the donor's IRAS tax assessment. If you need a hard copy receipt, please email us at [email protected]
