About Campaignends 09 Dec 2021, 11:59 PM
In my work as a doctor, educator and researcher, patients are at the heart of all that I do. Together with my colleagues - doctors, nurses and allied health personnel in our ACP, we look after patients who need anaesthesia, intensive care or pain management in SingHealth hospitals all over Singapore. An important part of our job involves finding new and better ways to care for our patients so that they not only survive from critical illness and major surgery but also do so with fewer complications and to lead healthy lives after major illnesses. Our researchers in Pain medicine are also constantly looking for new ways to treat chronic and debilitating pain which affects thousands who often suffer in silence.
As this year marks 200 years of medicine in Singapore, I am doing my small bit by running 200 km to raise funds towards these causes that are close to my heart.
Every dollar of your support will go towards improving patient outcomes. Your gift will be presented for the 1:1 government matching. No amount is too small.
Eligible donations will enjoy 250% tax deduction and the donation will be automatically included in the donor's IRAS tax assessment. If you would like a receipt, please email us at [email protected]
