Singapore Buddhist Free Clinic (SBFC) raised this campaign by helping the elderly and lower income patients by receiving FREE TCM services from SBFC.

Our mission is to carry forward the spirit of compassion and joy to create healthy living of caring and mutual assistance.

We have 8 branches servicing the community island-wide.

We hope to raise $240,000 through Healthy Walk to help medical expenses for 10,000 patients.

With your help of $50, $100, $200, $500 or even other amounts donation, 2, 4, 8, 20 or even more patients will be able to receive a free and subsidised medication especially for long-term illness.

Contribution is able to obtain Tote Board & Gov $ to $ matching.

About the Charity

SBFC provides free TCM consultation and subsidised medication to the general public regardless of race and religion at 7 clinics across the island, delivering over 230 thousand times of free consultation during latest year. Our annual operating cost is about $7.5 million fully supported by public donations. We have over 30 qualified physicians with the support of clinic and administrative staff. Our Cancer Treatment Centre at the Main Clinic, Sembawang and Tampines Branch, Offer complementary TCM treatment to cancer patients, helping them to reduce side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and to strengthen their immune systems. We also provide Counselling Services at the Main Clinic and Tampines Branch, taking care of the emotional and psychological well-being of the public.

We earnestly appeal everyone to donate generously, in the spirit of fraternal friendship to support our free TCM services.

All qualifying donations to the medical fund are tax deductible 2.5 times and will be submitted to IRAS by SBFC. Please provide your Name in English and NRIC or Company Name and UEN to qualify for tax exemption.
