About Campaign

Topper was rescued with his siblings three weeks ago. Unlike his siblings who have all warmed up and became wriggly happy pups with us, Topper continued cowering in the corner of his enclosure. An experienced fosterer came forward, in hopes of getting him more comfortable with humans, but he gradually lost his appetite over days despite being in a home environment.

A few days ago, Topper's condition took a turn for the worse. He couldn't walk, suffered from seizures and his spine was curved at an odd angle. The vets are unable to diagnose Topper as test results came back inconclusive. Though we suspect it's highly neurological-related, nothing much can be done for this poor baby as he's too young for surgery and his condition isn't stable enough. He's currently warded under intensive care. We don't know how long he will be there for but will do whatever it takes to make him better. His vet bills to date have amounted up to $3200, and with each day that he doesn't get better and continues to be warded for supportive care, the bills will continue to climb.

Please lend a helping hand to poor Topper, who spent all of his childhood living and hiding in rebar coils at a port before we found him. He deserves another shot at life.
