About Campaign

A Sound Installation at Marina One.

The overall artistic work questions our relationship with our surroundings, and questions the balance or imbalance of the trinity of Human, Nature, and Technology. It also brings together the energies of the land and people of New Zealand and Singapore together, a connection between beings that is especially needed in this time of pandemic that is raging across the world.

Deriving from the theme of 'roots', three artist individuals collectively present an installation that includes the medium of mechatronics, multichannel sound, and sculpture.

Branching out from the same institution practice from LASALLE College of the Arts, the three artists diverged towards different areas of music, sound, visual, and art, forming new presentations and creations of multidisciplinary solo works. Artists Jon He, Vick Low, and Lynette Quek will come together in this installation to present vastly different pieces of work incorporating various mediums, reminiscing the skills and techniques they once sought after.
