About Campaign

The Rahmatan Lil Alamin (Blessings to all) Foundation (RLAF), in collaboration with the President's Challenge, is organizing a collection for organizations which provide services and support for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and also a non-profit Malay-Muslim organization, which is a benefitting agency under PC 2022 and also a participating partner in RLA Day to rally support towards the disability cause.

The collection is part of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Day or RLA Day, an annual commemoration which signifies the Singapore Muslim community's efforts in spreading the ethos of Rahmatan Lil Alamin (bringing blessings to all).

As a continuation from last year's efforts, RLA Day in 2022 will still be focusing on rallying support and making meaningful contributions towards the disability cause and PWDs in Singapore.

Due to Covid-19, vulnerable groups such as PWDs are the most susceptible to the negative impact of the pandemic, such as job displacements and social isolation. Smaller social service agencies including those which provide help to PWDs are also facing difficulties in raising funds to continue their good work. Thus, help is needed by PWDs and the agencies supporting them. Together, help us build a caring and inclusive community.

About the Charity

The Rahmatan lil Alamin Foundation (RLAF) was set-up by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis) in 2009 to rally the Singapore Muslim Community to radiate the spirit of care and compassion to all, regardless of race, colour or creed. This is a desired attribute of a good Muslim exemplified by Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
