The Rahmatan Lil Alamin (Blessings to all) Foundation (RLAF) with the support of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis), People's Association Malay Activity Executive Committees Council (PA MESRA), [email protected] , Singapore Association for the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), Inter-Racial and Religious Confidence Circle (IRCC) and Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SMCCI) will collaborate to provide essential items to disadvantaged families and individuals for their daily household needs. This includes grocery vouchers and items for personal hygiene, protection and health care packed in a Blessings to All gift bag.

The Foundation aims to raise $240,000 via www.giving.sg from 3 March to 25 April 2022, that will go towards providing a total of 8,000 Blessings to All gift bags (2,000 sets weekly). This project is a follow-up to the SGUnited Buka Puasa project completed in April and May of 2020 and Blessings to All project completed in 2021. The Foundation is continuing this meaningful effort to share the blessings of Ramadan for vulnerable families and individuals regardless of race, faith or background, in the hope of spreading a little Ramadan cheer, amidst the backdrop of COVID-19 and economic challenges.

About the Charity

The Rahmatan lil Alamin Foundation (RLAF) was set-up by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis) in 2009 to rally the Singapore Muslim Community to radiate the spirit of care and compassion to all, regardless of race, colour or creed. This is a desired attribute of a good Muslim exemplified by Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
