Today, REACH serves the community through our four services, Family Service, Counselling & Mental Health Service, Youth Service and Senior Service. In 2022, REACH served over 4,000 service users through our 6 community touchpoints.
This year, we hope you can partner with us by giving generously to support the work that REACH does to bless those in need in the community, bringing a Gift of Joy into their lives.

About the Charity
REACH Community Services Society was founded in 1998 by Grace Assembly of God to help the Least, the Lost, and the Lonely in the community. REACH was registered as a charitable organisation in 1999 and has been an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC) since 2009.
REACH offers community programmes and services through our six community touchpoints. REACH strives to inspire hope and empower change in vulnerable families, distressed couples, persons with mental health issues, at-risk youths, and lonely seniors through her four core services: Family Service, Counselling & Mental Health Service, Youth Service and Senior Service.
REACH supports vulnerable families through financial assistance, casework, and counselling; build lasting marriages through marital counselling; support persons with mental health issues; empower at-risk youths through mentoring sessions and engagement programmes; and assist elderly residents to age-in-place gracefully through enriching and engaging active-ageing programmes.
