This year, President's Star Charity 2021 aims to empower vulnerable groups by building a digitally inclusive society and leaving no one behind. Featuring a variety of local and international artistes, the show highlights inspirational stories of perseverance from across 93 benefitting agencies supported by the President's Challenge.

About the Charity

The President's Challenge started in 2000 and represents a coming together of people from all walks of life, under the President's patronage, to help those who are less fortunate. It is the President's call to all Singaporeans to do their part to build a more caring and cohesive society.

While fundraising continues to be at the heart of President's Challenge, the campaign has gone beyond the giving of money to the giving of time, skills and talent for the less fortunate. President now seeks to play a bigger role in nurturing stronger communities by expanding support for programmes beyond the social service sector and to encourage the young and elderly population to be involved in community work.

Under the leadership of President Halimah Yacob, President's Challenge is looking into more customised and upstream support to help the most vulnerable change their circumstances through skills upgrading, capacity building and empowerment.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
