Relay Majulah is a ground-up initiative to form a 200-runners team to conquer 2,000km over 200 hours (2-10 Nov 2019) to raise funds for President's Challenge and its 67 supported charities; and to commemorate Singapore's 200 years. It also aims to unite the community, for the community; and tell the inspiring stories of people with indomitable spirit, who live life to the full and live life without limits.
Faith and Family are the 2 main pillars of my life that makes me who I am today. My faith in God has transformed me into one who is less self-centred but others-centred, always having a constant motivation to help others. It is also with this same motivation to help others that I decided to come out of my comfort zone, take on this challenge and be part of Relay Majulah where I join people from all walks of life to form a 200-runners team to conquer 2,000km in 200 hours - in commemoration of Singapore's 200 years and to raise funds for President's Challenge and its 67 supported charities. It is a indeed a privilege and blessing to be a citizen of this country we proudly call home and am happy to do my part to build a stronger SG and the people in our community whom we do not want to be left behind. If you are able to give, no matter BIG or SMALL, join me to make a difference and be blessed to be a blessing. - Vincent Chia
