About Relay Majulah
Relay Majulah is a ground-up initiative to form a 200-runners team to conquer 2,000km over 200 hours (2-10 Nov 2019) to raise funds for President's Challenge and its 67 supported charities; and to commemorate Singapore's 200 years. It also aims to unite the community, for the community; and tell the inspiring stories of people with indomitable spirit, who live life to the full and live life without limits.

I am an entrepreneur of a local SME, Adiwarna Industries Pte Ltd. My running journey started with an aim to improve my fitness and keeping myself healthy. Gradually, it has progressed to allow me to enrich my social circle with friends from all walks of life. It has given me the chance to see how I am able to achieve much more than I imagined, to spur myself to achieve goals/ challenges and to tell myself that no challenge is insurmountable.

I hope that Singaporeans can all realize that we should slow our pace once in a while and show care and concern for those we hold dear. It could be our family, loved ones, friends or even the less fortunate that we can all play a part to help. This relay will be a challenge for me but the sacrifice is definitely worth it with the support of my family, friends and fellow relay mates. I also hope we can inspire Singaporeans to know that every single contribution makes a difference! Collectively our efforts can move mountains!

In 2012, under the leadership of former President Tony Tan Keng Yam, the Challenge was expanded to go beyond fundraising by including volunteerism and social

In 2018, President Halimah Yacob announced a $10 million fund (Empowering For Life Fund) which will empower vulnerable groups through skills upgrading, capacity-building and employment.
