About Campaign

It has been a most challenging period for nursing homes and their elderly patients since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak. As part of ITE's contributions to the community, we will be looking at supporting the nursing homes as part of the President's Challenge 2020.

Working together with industry sponsors, ITE staff and students will design and make the following;

1) Smart Walking Canes that can detect and warn elderly users of wet surfaces.
2) Reusable Face Shields to keep nursing homes staff safe while they care for their elderly patients.

All donations raised via this campaign page will be channelled to the benefitting organisations across various sectors, including children with special needs, persons with disabilities and the elderly.
