Families for Life is calling on families to Share The Care this National Day by donating to President's Challenge. In challenging times such as these, let us stand united and celebrate in a meaningful way, supporting the vulnerable in our community. After all, a strong nation is rooted in strong families!

Support us by:

1) Donating directly to receive an exclusive e-recipe booklet. To redeem, email your donation receipt to [email protected]

2) Buying a special agar-agar kit for $10 from any of Phoon Huat Pte Ltd's 15 retail stores from 20 July. The kit contains 5 agar-agar pre-mix and a National Day agar-agar recipe contributed by President Halimah Yacob.

3) Buying any "Red & White" Dessert from our participating bakeries.

About the Charity

The President's Challenge started in 2000 and represents a coming together of people from all walks of life, under the President's patronage, to help those who are less fortunate. It is the President's call to all Singaporeans to do their part to build a more caring and cohesive society.

While fundraising continues to be at the heart of President's Challenge, the campaign has gone beyond the giving of money to the giving of time, skills and talent for the less fortunate. President now seeks to play a bigger role in nurturing stronger communities by expanding support for programmes beyond the social service sector and to encourage the young and elderly population to be involved in community work.

Under the leadership of President Halimah Yacob, President's Challenge is looking into more customised and upstream support to help the most vulnerable change their circumstances through skills upgrading, capacity building and empowerment.
