About Relay Majulah
Relay Majulah is a ground-up initiative to form a 200-runners team to conquer 2,000km over 200 hours (2-10 Nov 2019) to raise funds for President's Challenge and its 67 supported charities; and to commemorate Singapore's 200 years. It also aims to unite the community, for the community; and tell the inspiring stories of people with indomitable spirit, who live life to the full and live life without limits.

Running transformed my life. I used to lead a sedentary lifestyle and it hit me when I realised I was out of shape and had minor health issues. With these health warnings, it daunted on me that I had to do something to get myself active again. I started with running because it is an easy sport as the only entry requirement was a pair of running shoes. After I began exercising with daily 5km runs, I started to get fitter and leaner. My passion for running continue to grow and I started to join running clubs like SAFRA Mount Faber Running Club.

I am thankful for the opportunity to join the ground-up initiative "Relay Majulah", an opportunity to bring back wonderful memories of ultra-marathon races I used to enjoy because of awesome group of friends who supported me the entire journey but more importantly, I am grateful to give back to the community to make a difference. From a non-runner to an avid runner, I am proud of how far I have come and I hope that my story will inspire others to get active through running.
