About Campaignends 31 Dec 2019, 11:59 PM
Relay Majulah is a ground-up initiative to form a 200-runners team to conquer 2,000km over 200 hours (2-10 Nov 2019) to raise funds for President's Challenge and its 67 supported charities; and to commemorate Singapore's 200 years. It also aims to unite the community, for the community; and tell the inspiring stories of people with indomitable spirit, who live life to the full and live life without limits.
The theme of Mental Health for the 2019 President's Challenge is a cause that is close to my heart. I am trained in Mental Health First Aid and while I was in Tembusu College in NUS, I started a mental health initiative called LoveTembusu to raise awareness about mental health and to equip students to support their peers who might be struggling. I currently work as a Risk Consultant specialising in Compliance & Investigations with PwC's South East Asia Consulting practice. I also serve as the regional editor with the ASEAN-Australia Strategic Youth Partnership (AASYP).
I am running for all the people who are struggling, broken or hurting. My goal is simple : To share God's love with those around me, especially to those who might need a little more help. I hope that you will support, in any small way, to remind those who are struggling that they are loved and they are not forgotten! If you can't contribute financially, I'll be just as thankful if you support in the form of prayers that others might receive the support from those who can.

In 2012, under the leadership of former President Tony Tan Keng Yam, the Challenge was expanded to go beyond fundraising by including volunteerism and social
In 2018, President Halimah Yacob announced a $10 million fund (Empowering For Life Fund) which will empower vulnerable groups through skills upgrading, capacity-building and employment.
