The PPIS WIN Fund aims to help women, the family's pillar of strength, emerge as WINNERS while overcoming the many challenges during COVID-19.

The PPIS WIN Fund was first announced on 8 April 2020 by Senior Parliamentary Secretary (Ministry of Social and Family Development and Ministry of Education), Associate Professor Faishal Ibrahim during his speech in Parliament on the setting up of the M3 Resilience Taskforce.

In his speech, Assoc Prof Faishal reiterated the need to support women who lost their jobs due to the current situation or those who had to leave the workforce to care for the elderly in their families. The PPIS WIN Fund is established to meet these needs, amongst others.

About the Charity

PPIS (Singapore Muslim Women's Association) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping less-privileged women, children and families through holistic community programmes. We offer Family Services, Student Care and Early Childhood Education through 16 Centres island-wide.

Since 1952, we have helped 40,000 Muslim women, children and their families through services such as family therapy, fostering, early childhood education, after-school care and training.

This year, we hope to raise funds of $1 million to continue to support the women, children and families that we are working with.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
