About Campaign

Hope Village, a Singapore-managed children's home in Prey Veng Cambodia, provide care and shelter for abandoned children, orphans, and vulnerable children from families that faces absolute poverty.

The sad background of the children's lives would commonly tell a story of separated parents who marry new spouses and form new families, abandoning children from their previous marriage to aged grandparents and relatives with children of their own. These abandoned children, living in stifling poverty, do not have proper meals and hardly a chance at education. Often, they are made to work in the fields or at the market to help to put food on the table.

At Hope Village, the children lives in a fully equipped children's home with proper meals, good education, sports facilities, and computer rooms. We currently run a child sponsorship programme where child sponsors make a monthly donation of $120 per month. With other sponsors' contribution, the donation collectively funds the children's needs and enable us to operate the home.

MORE TO BE DONE
Even though most of our children are currently sponsored, we need more support to maintain the home, purchase educational and recreational equipment, implement nutrition programmes such as weekly milk provision, and other children's activities like birthdays and Christmas celebration - all to encourage holistic development.

HELP US TO DO MORE FOR THEM! Every dollar made to this cause truly counts for the children.

About the Charity

Operation Hope Foundation is a Christian charity established in 2001 in Singapore. We focus on achieving high benefit-to-cost ratio for both our donors and beneficiaries. Hence, we have a very hands-on approach to projects which we own and run. Your donation will go toward supporting the operations of OHF. Please visit our website www.ohf.org.sg for details on OHF's projects, programmes and beneficiaries.
