About Campaignends 12 Feb 2018, 11:59 PM
Managed by NUHS Fund Limited, 100% of the funds raised for this campaign will go into helping financially needy organ transplant patients of the National University Centre for Organ Transplantation (NUCOT).
Organ donation rates in Singapore are low despite legislations and initiatives, insufficient to support a growing number of national waitlisted patients with acute organ failure conditions. Unfortunately, 10 to 20 patients die each year while waiting for a suitable donor organ. Therefore, activities and programs play a big part in raising awareness of organ donation in Singapore. We also hope to be able to create more awareness of organ donation and transplantation amongst the Singapore community through this fundraising campaign.
Be a Lifesaver, your support will help us address the most pressing needs of our patients and allow them the second chance at life. For more information, please visit: www.nuh.com.sg/nucot
