About Campaign

ends 27 Dec 2016, 11:59 PM
In our society, its challenging to think of a suitable gift for our many friends and family members who have all they need and ample material possessions; instead why not donate for charity and give the gift-of-giving.

Our campaign aims to raise funds for our rescue and adoptable stray animals - a good cause to give them a safe shelter, upkeep their health and welfare until they are rehomed.

For every donation, we will send a "gift message" to your nominated beneficiary to inform them of your gratuity and sharing our appreciation for this meaningful deed. This gift of donating to our animals will be shared with your nominee for their sharing the joy of this festive season and your heartfelt support.

*giving.sg has your email address, and we will contact you for the email/mail details of your nominee (we do push any email campaigns and under PDPA, they will not be contacted outside of this donation). If you donate anonymously, please contact us (email, Facebook) with your Donation Reference Number. All donations go to our IPC Approved NGO with amounts of $50 and above also being tax deductible.

About the Charity

NA CARES was registered in 2005 to undertake sterilization projects of both stray dogs and cats in Singapore, rehome adoptable strays, and to ensure the welfare of animals sent to Noahs Ark Natural Animal Sanctuary (NANAS) by assisting in the fund raising efforts for NANAS in Malaysia. Since then, NA CARES has sterilized an average of 150 animals each year in Singapore, through the dedicated hard work of its Singapore volunteers and vets.

In 2015, NA CARES was asked to participate in the Trap-Neuter-Relocate project in Jurong Island, together with ASD and SOSD. In recognition of our efforts, MCCY granted NA CARES charity status on 9.5.2016. With conferment of charitable status comes greater regulation and requirements imposed on NA CARES, and we have been asked to separate the Singapore from the Malaysian activities.

NA CARES has been re-organised to reflect its Singapore-centric activities. A new logo has been introduced so that supporters are aware that NA CARES is no longer involved with any of the Malaysian activities of NANAS.
