About Us

Transform Lives. Improve Care.

National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) cares for more than 28,000 patients annually, battling neurological conditions together. NNI patients often face long-term, chronic conditions with severe disability, requiring assistance even with daily activities. We believe strongly in patients at the heart of all we do.

The NNI Fund, running solely only on donations, helps to bring relief and make a difference to the lives of patients who need financial assistance after exhausting all other funding sources. This support allows them to continue receiving the medical assistance and equipment that they need.

The NNI Fund is part of the SingHealth Fund (SHF), which was incorporated on 2 September 2016 as a Company Limited by Guarantee to operate charity funds for the SingHealth cluster. All donations received are managed by SingHealth Fund (SHF), an institution of Public Character (UEN 201624016E).

As an Institution of Public Character (IPC), SHF is committed to maintaining highest standards of governance and abides by the Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs. Donations to the NNI Fund through SHF are tax deductible.

Our Programmes

Our NNI programmes are centered around our 3 pillars - Education, Research and Clinical Services. Find out more at www.nni.com.sg today!

All donations to the NNI Fund are ring-fenced under the SHF for NNI Fund purposes and will be used in accordance with the donors' intent for neuroscience causes. Should you wish to donate the funds for a different purpose, please contact the NNI Corporate Development Office.

All qualifying donations made from before 31 December 2021 are entitled to 250% tax deduction, if NRIC is provided. (As per IRAS guidelines: https://www.iras.gov.sg/irashome/Other-Taxes/Charities/Donations-and-Tax-Deductions/)
