About Us

The NeuGen Fund ("NeuGen") is an IPC charity established to empower children and families of reformed offenders to prevent intergenerational offending. Formerly known as ISCOS ReGen Fund, we adopted the name "NeuGen" to demonstrate laser focus towards the new and young generations. Children are the future of the world and with our tagline 'New Lives New Futures', we hope to embark on a journey of empowerment with each of them!

Our Programmes

Through an impact-oriented model known as the Neu Empowerment Model comprising four pillars of education, personal voice, growth, and nurturing environment, we run programmes that are grounded on the belief that the children of reformed offenders can make positive change and be empowered for their futures.
